Job Overview

  • Act as primary tier-1 and tier-2 contact for internal technical support requests.
  • Provision, deploy, and maintain laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows 11, macOS), and software toolchains.
  • Diagnose and resolve office LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and video conference equipment issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date IT asset management inventory.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience.

  • Practical understanding of local networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi APs).
  • Customer-first attitude, patient communication, and proactive problem solving.
