Job Overview

  • Deliver prompt, empathetic, and professional omnichannel customer support via ticketing systems, live chat, and email within defined response time SLAs.
  • Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve tier-1 and tier-2 customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and technical usage.
  • Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction score (CSAT >= 90%).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer service, helpdesk, or BPO support experience supporting international accounts.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5+ or CEFR B2/C1).
  • Native or fluent Vietnamese language skills.
